Design OEM
Frequency Synthesizer up to 170GHz
Frequency Synthesizer modules designed for partners:
Frequency
Synthesizer @ 18 GHz with external VCO
A 13 to
18 GHz frequency synthesizer module with external VCO
and a tunable output power of -20 to +13 dBm. It is
built up with commercial available MMIC's. The module
contains all bias circuitry and control logic including
PLL and a DAC based output power control. It can be
controled via a 3 wire PC interface.
|
Frequency
Synthesizer @ 18 GHz with internal VCO
A 15 to
19 GHz frequency synthesizer module with internal VCO
and a tunable output power of -20 to +16 dBm. RF
functionality is built up with MMIC's designed by our
MMIC design group. The module contains all bias
circuitry and control logic including PLL and a DAC
based output power control. It can be controled via a 3
wire PC interface.
|
Frequency Synthesizer @ 70 GHz
A PLL
stabilized 70 GHz frequency source with W band waveguide
output. RF functionality is built up with MMIC's
designed by our MMIC design group. Control of output
frequency and output power via 3 wire PC interface.
