根本的民生用传感器
我们根本的传感器能分成三种;气体传感器、湿度传感器和烟雾传感器,关于气体传感器,根据检测对象的气体种类、用途、使用环境及要求检测精准度等,能选择最合适的传感器,我们能为您提供多种不同的检测方式和型号。
基本上为了检测可燃性气体用途,我们推荐检测准确度高的催化燃烧式;为了检测毒性气体,我们推荐有选择性的电化学式;为了检测惰性气体,我们推荐热传导式;请注意,由于检测气体量程不同,我们推荐不同的传感器。

至于烟雾传感器,没有量程等限制,请浏览后述资料介绍。

催化燃烧式气体传感器
我们公司的传感器原理是催化燃烧式,可为客户提供不同型号的产品。产品主要应用在气体报警器和仪器仪表类。我司的催化燃式产品不会像半导体式产品那样,容易受环境的干扰,因此,稳定性更强。能得到的信号单纯稳定,不需要专门装上CPU,也几乎没有使用方法的限制。并且,还可以应用半导体式不能对应的工业用途。以下为具体特性。
1.基本特性
- 各种可燃性气体的LEL浓度显示基本是直线性,尤其是0-50%LEL之间直线性最好。
- 气体灵敏度的再现性优越。同日内再现性误差仅±5%以下。

响应速度快,应用在民用报警器的传感器响应时间,在T90时为20秒以内。
- 不容易受环境变化影响。民用报警器产品不需做补偿电路。
- 产品一致性好,仅需标定1个点即可。
- 通上电流初期稳定时间短。
- 对电源电压依赖性小,没有必要加稳压电源。
2.耐久性、长期性能
- 在60℃高温以下,可以长期使用。
- 高温高湿(50℃、95%RH)环境下,可以长期使用。
- 高温高湿(50℃、95%RH)环境下长期保管后,基本特性不会变化。
- 能耐一般性的振动及冲击。
- 对硫化氢等毒性气体显示卓越的抗干扰性。
- 对硅气体(HMDS)比其他公司产品,显示优秀的耐久性。
- 根据各种加速测验数据,预测寿命5年以上。
3.使用
- 和半导体式不同,不需要长时间老化。
- 气体报警器仅需通电10分钟即可校正,并可以在空气中校准。
- 特性几乎不受温湿度变化和杂气体的影响。
4.用途
- 煤气泄漏报警器
- 不完全燃烧防止用报警器。
- 热水器
- 酒精测试仪,气体浓度仪等。
电化学式气体传感器
在根本传感器中与催化燃烧式并列为核心的检测技术。在检测方式特性上,针对有毒气体和不完全燃烧气体的检测比半导体式检测方式更稳定,更精准。
此前,此检测方式的气体传感器有寿命比较短,后来经我们不懈钻研,改善电极,最终研发出了性能更优秀、寿命更长的产品。我司独自设计的产品成为世界上尺寸最小的产品,为客户提供了更多的空间和便利性。
另外,还可提供可直接焊接的型号供您选择。
1.基本特性
- 在各种检测对象气体的实用范围内,具有良好的直线性。
- 气体传感器的再现性优秀。同日内再现性误差仅±2%以下。
- 响应时间快,T90在30秒以内。

在-20℃到50℃之间,采用简易温度补偿电路,就可以补偿±10%以内的误差范围。并且几乎不受湿度的影响。
