产品简介:
MIPEX传感器采用非色散红外技术(NDIR)原理进行设计,传感器的光源采用非传统的并且非常节能的LED光源。LED光源系统采用先进的算法产生优化的辐射光谱,光线通过布满甲烷的光学系统后到达含有升级过的硒化铅和硒化镉的光敏二极管上,从而对甲烷浓度进行监测。传感器内置温度传感器,并且内部集成信号处理和温度补偿系统,自行输出数字信号。由于传感器的输出信号为数字形式,可以有效地避免外部环境对其输出信号的影响,更能满足国家”十一五”规划的建设数字化矿山的要求。传感器输出的数字信号,遵循UART格式。

产品特点和应用领域:
传感器自带空气污染物隔离过滤膜,可以阻止灰尘等细微颗粒进入传感器的气室和光路,避免灰尘覆盖发光光源;
由于采用非传统的节能LED光源,传感器的工作电流一般在1mA以下,整体的耗能在5mW,非常适合做为固定式甲烷传感器的敏感元件,从而使整个设备耗能处于很低的状态,增加供电线缆所能同时接入的传感器数量;
在满足耗能低的基础上,传感器提供很高的监测精度(满足欧标EN50073,国家矿用AQ标准和GB12358,GB50493和GB16808标准);
由于极低的传感器功耗,它可以用在移动式和无线方式的采用电池供电的甲烷监测仪表上,提高移动式或者无线式的甲烷监测仪器电池的使用时间;
传感器输出为数字信号,能够有效地避免环境等因素对传感器输出信号的影响,提供比传统电流或者电压输出的传感器更高的稳定性。

传感器可以检测甲烷以及烃类等碳氢化合物的浓度,可以广泛的应用于煤矿巷道、瓦斯抽放等煤矿系统和石油、化工、冶金、家用沼气等领域。

MIPEX-02 sensors use  NDIR technology, based on differential absorbtion of infrared  radiation in gases.

MIPEX-02 infrared gas sensors are available in three housing types:

metalliс standard  - loaded conservatively and having enviromental stability;

fast response metallic - with additional side holes, providing improved speed-of-response due to more active diffusion;

plastiс standard - having comparable with metallic one parameters and smaller weight.

Sensors in metallic housing are used mainly in portable and compact devices .

Sensors in "fast response" housing provide T90<10 secs. and are ideal for stationary units where improved response time is required.

Plastic sensors are suited for embedded and price sensetive devices.

MIPEX-03 series of infrared gas sensors

 

MIPEX TECHNOLOGY proudly presents the most advanced technology available in the market - the third generation of MIPEX infrared combustible gas sensors.

MIPEX-03 sensors operate by using NDIR principle. The sensor contains LED with optimized spectrum and signal processing algorithm, an optical system, specially designed photo diodes, an imbedded temperature sensor and electronics to process the signals.

The sensor communicates with instrument electronics via digital or analog output. Having power consumption less than 3,5 mW MIPEX-03 sensors reach less than 10 second response time.

All MIPEX-03 sensors have the highest level of intrinsically safe explosion protection “ia”. To meat exacting customer requirements ‘intelligent’ MIPEX-03 sensor with microcontroller inside provides extended features and amongst other advantages dramatically reduces development cost and time.

More than 70 modifications of MIPEX-03 sensor are now available for order.

MIPEX-02-X-X-3.1 S is implemented in plasic housing and designed as alarm detector. It allows to set two ajustible alarm levels and sends digital message if said levels are reached.
