Thermal coefficient for the constant current drive is excellent with -0.06%/°C maximum.

High sensitivity and low current consumption are achieved at the same time.

高灵敏度及高线性型 - High-sensitivity and high-linearity type

InSb (Indium Antimony) is used as the material for the magnetism sensing. It is highly sensitive.
Because no magnetic substance is included, the Hall output voltage is proportional to the magnetic flux density.
