UV, Visible, Near-IR LEDs
Opto Diode provides high sensitivity, near-infrared light-emitting-diodes (IRLEDs) in wide, medium, or narrow light patterns, packaged in hermetically sealed TO-46 cans. The metal cases are ideal for good heat dissipation and operate from minus 65 degrees up to 150 degrees C. Our IRLEDs offer a wide range of linear power output to meet your requirements.
