The SZM and SZP family of amplifiers provide low junction temperatures in a low cost surface mount component. SiGe Active Bias Gain Blocks
|
The SGC amplifiers are a family of low cost, high performance SiGe HBT MMIC gain blocks. These Darlington designs contain a patented active bias network that provides stable current over temperature and process variations. They run directly from either a 3V or 5V supply - no dropping resistor. The SGCs are housed in conventional SOT-363, 86, or 89 packages and have a HBM ESD rating of Class-1C (1000V).
