Operating from a 2.7-V to 5.5-V supply at internal frequencies up to 16 MHz (125-ns minimum instruction execution time), the 8-bit MCUs in the H8/300 series deliver up to 2.0-MIPS performance and have a 64-KByte linear address space. Available peripherals include an I2C bus interface, host (8042 ISA) I/F, A/D, WDT, PWM and SCI. The H8/300-series devices are fully software compatible with those in the H8/300L series. Versions are available with up to 60-KBytes of on-chip flash memory.
