QDR SRAM
Product Features
QDR (Quad Data Rate) SRAMs were developed specifically for high performance networking applications. The definition of the entire QDR family of SRAMs was established by the members of the QDR Consortium.
The QDR SRAM's basic architecture combines the benefits of the separate I/O SRAMs and the Double Data Rate (DDR) RAMs
QDR (Quad Data Rate) SRAMs are a key enabling technology for LA-1 based designs of next generation network switches, routers and other communications equipment, especially products capable of handling OC-48, OC-192 and OC-768 data rate. They are ideal for applications requiring high bandwidths, such as the main memory for look-up tables, linked lists and controller buff memory.
Main Applications
  • Multiple - Sources
  • Compatible with LA-1 (Look-Aside) interface from NPF
  • Highest bandwidth solution (666Mbps @ 333MHz)
  • Data Valid Window - 65% of clock cycle
  • Package Migration defined through 288Mb
