The CXTD is a rugged high performance digital inclinometer. It
features 180O measurement range and high resolution. The
inclinometer module is ideal for accurate pointing and level
measurement applications. The CXTD device can also be used as a
digital 3-axis accelerometer with an approximately 80dB (16bit)
dynamic range. As a 3-axis digital accelerometer, the unit finds

ANALOG TILT SENSOR, SINGLE-AXIS OR DUAL-AXIS
The CXTA is a single- or dual-axis, easy-to-use tilt sensor with a
fully signal conditioned analog voltage output. The voltage is
linearly proportional to angle in the range of ± 20O. The CXTA may
be used up to ± 75O by applying an arc sine correction to the
output. The zero-angle voltage and sensitivity are stable over the
lifetime of the device. The sensor works with unregulated power
supply inputs in the range of 8 to 30 VDC and is available with a
high temperature casing.

The CXTILT02E/EC is an accurate, dual-axis, digital inclinometer.
It features stable temperature performance, linear output, and
rugged packaging, making it ideal for heavy industrial
applications such as leveling of construction equipment and
machine tools, measuring the tilt of bridges and roads. The
sensor’s resolution and settling time are programmable, allowing
the performance to be customized for specific applications.

±20° RANGE ANALOG TILT SENSOR, SINGLE OR DUAL AXIS The CXTLA01 and
CXTLA02 are similar in design to the standard CXTA Series sensors,
with the exception of a special low range MEMS sensing element,
tuned for finer inclination measurements. The full sensor range is
± 20O, with highly-sensitive 100mV/O analog output.
