TPS 系列是我们初始的和时下常用的TPMI®
热电堆传感器的最新升级版,可探测到由物
体发出的热辐射,然后将此热辐射转换成一个模拟电压。该系列传感器完全由工厂校
准,以在特定温度范围内获得精确的信号输出。此外,客户可能通过串行接口为传感
器编程。内部数字信号处理、控制寄存器的8 位分辨率以及E2PROM 技术允许调整和
更改配置,以满足客户需求。可充分调整的集成电路的温度精确性胜于分立元件解决
方案。由于热电堆和电子电路在紧凑的TO-39 外壳内集成,TPS 系列性能强大,并且
对母印刷电路板泄露电流、相对湿度或电磁干扰等环境影响不敏感。
TPMI®
传感器系列具有集成的环境温度补偿和温度范围调整特性。可以进行客户定制更
改。因此,在订购时,需要确定恰当的温度范围。为了满足规定的被测光点直径需求,

提供热电堆红外测温传感器TPS333,它直接感应热辐射,为非接触温度测量提供完美的解决方案,它的具有创新的硅基微机械技术保证了它的极好的长期稳定性,非常低的温度灵敏系数,极好的光电特性。热电堆红外传感器使非接触温度测量系统具备很低的价格。它不需要冷却,但在整个温度测量范围内能达到±1℃的精度。对于比较窄的温度测量范围,例如体温测量,精度可以达到±0.1℃。相关原理如下:
(一)非接触红外测温技术可快速方便地测量物体的表面温度,不需要机械地接触被测物体而快速测得温度读数,能可靠地测量热的、危险的或难以接触的物体,而不会污染或损坏被测物体。红外测温有着响应时间快、非接触、使用安全及使用寿命长等优点,在产品质量控制和监测、设备在线故障诊断、安全保护以及节约能源等方面发挥了正在发挥着重要作用。
(二)一切温度高于绝对零度的物体都在不停地向周围空间发出红外辐射能量。物体的红外辐射特性一辐射能量的大小及其按波长的分布一与它的表面温度有着十分密切的关系。因此,通过对物体自身辐射的红外能量的测量,便能准确地测定它的表面温度,这就是红外辐射测温所依据的客观基础。红外位于可见光和无线电波之间,红外波长常用微米表示,波长范围为0.7微米-1000微米,实际上,0.7微米-14微米波带用于红外测温。
(三)红外测温由光学系统、光电探测器、信号放大器及信号处理、显示输出等部分组成。光学系统汇聚其视场内的目标红外辐射能量,视场的大小由测温仪的光学零件及其位置确定。红外能量聚焦在光电探测器上并转变为相应的电信号。该信号经过放大器和信号处理电路,并按照其内部的算法和目标发射率校正后转变为被测目标的温度值。有几个决定精确测温的重要因素,最重要的因素是发射率、视场、光学分辨率(光斑的距离和光斑的位置)。
(四)发射率-所有物体会反射、透过和发射能量,只有发射的能量能指示物体的温度。自然界中存在的实际物体,几乎都不是黑体。所有实际物体的辐射量除依赖于辐射波长及物体的温度之外,还与构成物体的材料种类、表面粗糙度、理化结构、材料厚度、制备方法、热过程以及表面状态和环境条件等因素有关。因此,为使黑体辐射定律适用于所有实际物体,必须引入一个与材料性质及表面状态有关的比例系数,即发射率,该系数表示实际物体的热辐射与黑体辐射的接近程度,其值在零和小于1的数值之间。黑体是一种理想化的辐射体,它吸收所有波长的辐射能量,没有能量的反射和透过,其表面的发射率为1。根据辐射定律,只要知道了材料的发射率,就知道了任何物体的红外辐射特性。
(五)视场-确保被测目标大于仪器测量时的光斑尺寸,目标越小,就应离它越近。当精度特别重要时,要确保目标至少2倍于光斑尺寸,建议被测目标尺寸超过视场大小的50%为好。如果目标尺寸小于视场,背景辐射能量就会进入测温仪,干扰测温读数,造成误差。相反,如果目标大于测温仪的视场,测温仪就不会受到测量区域外面的背景影响。
(六)红外测温仪的光学系统从圆形测量光斑收集能量并聚焦在探测器上,光学分辨率定义为测温仪到目标的距离与被测光斑直径S之比(D:S)。比值越大,测温仪的分辨率越高,被测光斑尺寸也就越小。红外光学的最新改进是增加了硅透镜的近焦特性,可对小目标区域提供精确测量,还可防止背景温度的影响。
