XE88LC01 and XE88LC05 - Ultra Low-Power Microcontrollers for sensing applications
CoolRISC® 8-bit based CMOS microcontroller, available in MTP/Flash or masked-ROM version. Versatile low-power 5 to 16 bits ADC (200 礎 for 12 bits at 2 kHz), low noise high gain PGA, voltage or current output DACs (12 bits @ 4 kHz).
XE2003 - Capacitive Sensor Interface circuit
The XE2003 is a CMOS IC designed to interface with capacitive-type sensors, such as pressure sensors, accelerometers, capacitive microphones and humidity sensors. It is easy-to-use and external components are not needed for a default setting of parameters. Its low-noise low-drift design enables high precision measurements from DC up to the kHz range, sensitivity being up to 200 mV/pF. The circuit is based on a charge compensation feedback loop which guarantees a linear and low-drift transfer between a differential capacitance at the input and the analog output voltage.

Pressure transmiter
These mixed-signal devices are dedicated to the measurement and control of industrial manufacturing processes. They include interfaces with piezo-resistive and capacitive sensors, 16 bits A/D converter, programmable gain amplifier, on-chip reference and calibration.
TMS module
The ASIC contains an interface circuit for a capacitive (absolute pressure) sensor, an integrated thermometer, 2 A/D converters, a battery level detector and serial communication interface.
On-chip Opto Sensor
An optical motion detection IC with an on-chip array of photodiode has been realized. It provides upto 1200 dpi resolution, operates between 2.4 and 5.5 Volts and consumes less than 3 microamps in idle mode.
