XE1218 - Single
Chip Ultra Low-Power VHF Analog FM Receiver
The XE1218 chip is a fully featured single low-IF conversion narrow-band FM receiver which
can operate down to1 Volt. Its current consumption is only 2 mA and requires only 4 to 7
external components. It uses a mixed signal BiCMOS process
and includes all the necessary functions, from the Low Noise Amplifier through the digital
delay line-based demodulator to the audio analog filter and amplifier.

XE1201 - 300-500 MHz Single Chip Transceiver
The XE1201 is a single-chip UHF transceiver
designed for low-power and low-voltage wireless link applications. With
only a few external components, a low cost and physically small half-duplex
data transceiver can easily be designed. The transceiver includes a bit
synchroniser so that synchronised received data can directly be read by
a microcontroller.

Ultra Low Power CMOS Transceiver
XEMICS also designs single chip CMOS ultra low power HF transceiver. They provide simple
and low cost solution for low bitrate, short distance wireless communication.
Mixed Signal IC for RF-ID Tag
This low-power, low voltage mixed signal ASIC is the heart of a 915 MHz/1.83 GHz RF-ID
Tag. The circuit includes the analog front-end - to regulate the supply, extract the
incoming signal and generate the local clock - as well as the digital control section.
Thanks to its low current consumption, the power to supply for the tag is derived
exclusively from the RF signal.

ARF2104
The ARF2104 module is a low cost solution for two-way RF links over several hundred
meters. It provides a serial communication channel with selectable bitrate between 4k and
64 kbits/s. ARF2104 is based on the XEMICS XE1201 single chip device, working at 433.9 MHz
according to the European standard ETS 300-220 / ETS 300-683. It is available as a
ready-for-use daughter board. No trimming needed.
