The modulation frequency range where for a reference deviation bandwidth, all
included modulation frequencies of equal amplitude will result in no less than a
ratio of 1.414 (3 dB) of minimum to maximum deviation.
The types of modulation should be specified as well as the internal impedance
of the modulation source.
