GaAs Medium Power Amplifiers
Sirenza Microdevices SZA-6044 amplifier is specifically designed for class A linear WLAN 802.11a/b/g and WiMAX 802.16 applications. It features up to 5V performance with up to 1/4W output and can be used as either a final output stage or as a linear driver. Housed in a QFN package, it provides full amplifier functionality including: active bias, power up/down control and multi-stage. The SZA-6044 can achieve up to 14dBm Pout at 1% EVM and 17dBm output power at 3% EVM for the 802.11a/g 54 Mb/s signals.

VCOs
Sirenza's product line of VCOs operates from 25MHz to 10GHz for ruggedized military, aerospace and space born applications, which demand the highest level of reliability. A wide variety of standard designs are available and custom designs can be developed for exacting performance criteria. All Sirenza VCOs are extremely stable and oscillate with a tuning voltage of zero applied and tune monotonically. VCOs listed below are temperature compensated (-55 to 100 degrees C). All of our VCOs are also available without military temperature range (0 to 70 degrees C).

SZM / SZP Series
InGaP Power Amplifiers
Sirenza Microdevices' SZM and SZP series of class AB amplifiers are specifically designed for WLAN 802.11a/b/g and WiMAX 802.16d/e applications. They feature up to 2 watts of peak power and are biased from a single 5V supply. In addition, the bias can be adjusted from 3V to 6V to accommodate battery operation or higher output power. The SZM series are high gain amplifiers and are matched at the input for 50 ohms the output matching circuit can be realized on the circuit board for the lowest solution cost. The SZP series is a single gain stage and is pre-matched at the input so both the input and output matching circuits can be realized on the circuit board. The SZM and SZP family of amplifiers provide low junction temperatures in a low cost surface mount component. The devices provide full amplifier functionality including, active bias, power up/down control, and on chip output power detector. The amplifiers achieve up to +27dBm output at 6V bias at 2.5% EVM for 802.11a/g 54Mb/s OFDM signals making them ideal for final output stages or linear drivers for CPE, access points or BTS applications.

The SRQ product family is a family of high linearity SiGe direct quadrature demodulators designed for direct conversion and low IF base station receivers. These devices feature high intermodulation suppression, high isolation and excellent quadrature accuracy. SGC Series
SiGe Active Bias Gain Blocks
The SGC amplifiers are a family of low cost, high performance SiGe HBT MMIC gain blocks. These Darlington designs contain a patented active bias network that provides stable current over temperature and process variations.
